Indulge in the ultimate dessert experience with our Coffee S’mores Pie! This delightful treat combines the bold flavor of coffee-infused chocolate ganache with the nostalgic charm of gooey marshmallows, all nestled in a perfectly baked graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
    • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until set. Allow it to cool.
  2. Make the Coffee Ganache:
    • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract.
    • Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Assemble the Pie:
    • Pour the coffee ganache into the cooled graham cracker crust.
    • Top with mini marshmallows, ensuring they cover the entire surface.
  4. Toast the Marshmallows:
    • Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows until golden brown. If you don’t have a torch, you can also place the pie under the broiler for a few seconds, but watch closely to prevent burning.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
    • Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy the decadent combination of coffee, chocolate, and marshmallow goodness!
