Cool off this summer with a refreshing Blueberry Lemonade. This delightful drink combines the tartness of lemons with the sweetness of blueberries for a perfect summer beverage
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until blueberries burst and sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids.
- In a pitcher, combine blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and water. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
