Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Fresh lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
