Devil’s Food Cake Minis are the perfect way to satisfy your chocolate cravings in a manageable, bite-sized form. These moist and decadent treats are easy to make and sure to be a hit at any gathering or as a delightful snack.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a mini muffin tin or use paper liners.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. - Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. - Mix in the hot water until the batter is smooth. The batter will be thin, but that’s okay.
Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the mini cakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
