Ingredients

 Ribeye or filet mignon steaks, garlic cloves, fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley), butter, salt, pepper

Preparation

1. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Mince garlic and chop fresh herbs, then mix with softened butter to make the herb butter.

3. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired doneness.

4. Add herb butter to the skillet and baste steaks with melted butter for extra flavor.
