Ingredients

• 4 oz. dark chocolate
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• Pinch of salt

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease two ramekins.
2. Melt chocolate and butter together, then whisk in powdered sugar.
3. Add eggs and beat well, then stir in flour and salt.
4. Pour batter into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes.
