In a large bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
2. Make the Cinnamon Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
3. Shape the Wreath:
Roll the dough into a large rectangle (about 16x10 inches).
Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough.
Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
Place the roll on a parchment-lined baking sheet and form it into a circle. Pinch the ends together to seal.
Use kitchen scissors or a sharp knife to cut slits 1 inch apart around the ring, leaving the center intact. Gently turn each cut piece outward to expose the filling.
Cover with a towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
4. Bake the Wreath:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
5. Add the Icing and Decorations:
Mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create a smooth icing.
Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon roll wreath.
Decorate with rosemary sprigs, cherries, cranberries, or chopped pecans for a festive touch.
