Ingredients:
- 1 cup green
tea (or 1 greentea bag) - ½ ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- A slice of lemon (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Brew green
tea and set aside. - In a small saucepan, simmer the pear slices and ginger in 1 cup of water for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the ginger and pear mixture and combine it with the brewed green
tea . - Stir in honey for sweetness, and garnish with a lemon slice for extra brightness.
