Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 of Zest lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the trimmed asparagus spears on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic and lemon zest over the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat the asparagus evenly with the seasonings.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly browned.
