  • 135 cup ½ creamy peanut butter grams
  • 57 cup ¼ salted butter grams (½ stick)
  • 1 cup 1 powdered sugar 113 grams
  • 1 cup 1 red, white, and blue M&M's 200 grams
  • 1 cup 1 white chocolate covered pretzels 120 grams, left whole or roughly chopped
  • 96 cup ½ patriotic sprinkles grams
Instructions
  1. Combine the rice Chex cereal and roasted salted peanuts in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwavable bowl, place the white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and salted butter. Microwave in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring between intervals to avoid overcooking.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and peanuts in the large bowl. Stir gently until everything is well-coated.
  4. Transfer the coated cereal mixture to a large Ziploc bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake until everything is evenly coated. If needed, add more powdered sugar to ensure the cereal is fully covered.
