  • 1 package Ravioli (9 oz)
  • 1 bunch 1 asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • Fresh basil, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add grape tomatoes, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces.
  5. Toss in the cooked ravioli, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
