Summer Garden Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup green beans, trimmed
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add the zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, green beans, and cherry tomatoes.
Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
