Ingredients
- 1 small head of green cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon celery seeds for added flavor
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey (or sugar), salt, and pepper. If using, add celery seeds.
