Ingredients
- 1 cup assorted fruits (berries, mango chunks, pineapple)

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Popsicle molds
- Popsicle sticks
Preparation
1. Prepare the Fruits:
- Wash and chop the assorted fruits into small, bite-sized pieces.
2. Blend the Smoothie:
- In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and well combined.
3. Fill the Popsicle Molds:
- Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.
4. Add Popsicle Sticks:
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, ensuring they stand upright.
5. Freeze:
- Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
6. Unmold and Enjoy:
- Once fully frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
