Fruity Smoothie Popsicles offer a delightful combination of flavors and a cool, refreshing treat for kids. Packed with the goodness of assorted fruits and yogurt, these popsicles make for a guilt-free indulgence that brings a smile to both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup assorted fruits (berries, mango chunks, pineapple)
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Preparation

1. Prepare the Fruits:

  • Wash and chop the assorted fruits into small, bite-sized pieces.

2. Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the chopped fruits, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and well combined.

3. Fill the Popsicle Molds:

  • Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

4. Add Popsicle Sticks:

  • Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, ensuring they stand upright.

5. Freeze:

  • Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.

6. Unmold and Enjoy:

  • Once fully frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
