Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your fresh summer stir fry!
