Instructions

  1. Combine the rice Chex cereal and roasted salted peanuts in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwavable bowl, place the white chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and salted butter. Microwave in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring between intervals to avoid overcooking.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and peanuts in the large bowl. Stir gently until everything is well-coated.
  4. Transfer the coated cereal mixture to a large Ziploc bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake until everything is evenly coated. If needed, add more powdered sugar to ensure the cereal is fully covered.
  5. Remove the mixture from the bag and transfer it back to a large bowl. Add the red, white, and blue M&Ms, white chocolate covered pretzels, and patriotic sprinkles. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Enjoy your festive and delicious patriotic puppy chow mix!

  • Storage: Store the red, white, and blue patriotic puppy chow in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
