Easy Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Instructions:
  • In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  • Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve cold or heat briefly in the microwave.
